Skip-the-carbs BLT

I love a good BTL with toasted bread, crisp bacon and a ripe, homegrown tomato. But sometimes I’d rather skip the bread. Here’s a BLT variation that I also love — and without the carbs. Just use leaves of romaine lettuce and tuck the good stuff inside to make a BLT lettuce wrap. For some extra flavor, try adding avocado, parmesan cheese, or sunflower seeds. Yummy and pretty, too!
